I am not getting the sign-in code
Check your spam folder and make sure the email address is spelled correctly. If it has not arrived in a few minutes, message us and we will look into it with you.
I want to cancel my subscription
Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we will cancel it. There is no fee or penalty. If you already paid for a period, you keep using it until it ends.
I do not want to receive marketing messages
Send BAJA to our WhatsApp and we will stop sending you marketing. You will still get the notices your account needs.
