What if I do not know how to use it?
If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this app. And if something is not clear, message us and we will help.
Are my data and my card safe?
Yes. You enter your card on Mercado Pago and it never passes through us. Your information travels encrypted, is stored in the cloud with an automatic backup every day, and only you can sign in, with a code sent to your email.
Which devices does it work on?
On phones and computers, in the browser. You can also install it and open it like an app, without looking for the page each time.
My business is very different from the examples. Will it work for me?
If you sell products or services with a price, almost certainly yes. You define your own items, units, prices and terms. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you frankly whether it suits you.
Does it work as an invoice?
No. The app creates quotes and estimates. It is not a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), it does not charge your customers and it does not reserve stock.
Why do you ask for a card if the trial is free?
So that when the 30 days end you keep using the app with no interruption or paperwork. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you decide it is not for you, cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
What happens when the 30 days end?
Mercado Pago makes the first charge for the plan you chose: $399 MXN a month or $3,990 MXN a year, VAT included. After that it renews automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
From Mercado Pago or by messaging us. There is no fee or penalty, and if you already paid for a period you keep using it until it ends.
Can I pay by bank transfer or in cash?
Yes. By transfer from your bank app, or in cash with a deposit to our Mercado Pago account. You get the same 30 free days and then pay month by month. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the details.
